Arabian Fiesta

Arabian Fiesta is situated on S A Road in Kadavanthara, which is a very busy stretch of road in Ernakulam. We are right there where the traffic flows all day long, so there is never a quiet moment. We started this place because we wanted to have a spot where people could get real Arabian-style food without any fluff. Our staff is a small group of people who work hard to keep the place clean and the food moving out of the kitchen. It is a lot of work, from cutting vegetables to managing the grills, and we are usually tired by the end of the night. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. It is just cooking. We see a lot of office people during the day and families in the evenings. The kitchen is the heart of our shop, and it is usually full of steam and the smell of roasting meat. We don't really bother with fancy decorations or anything that doesn't help the food taste better. S A Road is always changing, with new shops opening up all the time, but we just focus on our own little space. It is a straightforward business, and we like it that way. If you are in Kadavanthara, you have probably seen our sign while sitting in traffic. We don't claim to be the best, we just work hard and keep going until the day is done.
