Al Saj Restaurant

Al Saj Restaurant is right at Parur Jn in Aluva. We are sitting directly opposite the Federal Bank. It is a very busy spot in the 683101 area, with people constantly coming and going from the junction. We have been serving food here for quite some time now, and we’ve seen a lot of changes in the town, but our little place stays pretty much the same. We don’t have a fancy interior or any corporate branding. It’s just a regular local restaurant where you can get a meal. The noise from the traffic at Parur Jn is something we’ve just gotten used to over the years. We focus on the kitchen and making sure the food is ready for whoever comes in. We don't have a lot of staff, just a few of us who have been working together for a while. We don't use any promotional language or try to act like we are bigger than we are. It’s just a simple, practical place to eat. Most of our customers are people who work nearby or are catching a bus at the junction. We like it that way because it keeps us busy and connected to the local people of Aluva. If you are ever at the junction and need to sit down for a bit, you can find us right across from the bank. We just keep things moving and do our work every day.
