We are right by the Edappally Toll, just a short walk from the Hyundai showroom. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets with the traffic and people moving around. AppChick4U is our little spot where we handle everything related to chicken. We didn't want a complicated name or a complicated business. It’s just about getting the food ready for people who are on their way home or out for the day. Ernakulam is a fast place, and Edapally is right in the middle of it. We spend most of our time in the back preparing the meat. It’s not a large place, so things can get a bit tight when we have a lot of orders coming in at once. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us well. We get our supplies daily because we don't have space to store things for long, which is actually better. The noise from the road is constant, but you get used to it after a week. Sometimes the staff is tired, but we keep going because the orders don't stop. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything. It’s just us at the counter and in the kitchen. We try to be quick, but sometimes there’s a wait when it’s raining or during the dinner rush. That’s just life at Edappally Toll. We do the best we can with what we have here. There is always a lot to do, but we keep the grease moving.
