Stepz Career Zone

Stepz Career Zone is based in Thammanam, Ernakulam - 682032. It is a busy part of the city, so there is always some kind of activity happening right outside our front door. The office itself isn't huge, but it has enough room for the people who come in to talk with us. We have a few chairs for visitors and some desks that are usually covered in various papers and documents. It is the kind of office where you can find a pen if you look for a minute, but they never seem to stay in one place for long. The walls are mostly plain, which keeps things simple. We spend the majority of our time talking to people who are trying to figure out their next steps in life. Ernakulam is a fast-moving place, so we try to keep the atmosphere here a bit more relaxed. Sometimes the heavy rain in Kerala makes it difficult for people to get to us, but we are usually here at our desks regardless of the weather. We don't have a fancy reception area with someone in a suit; it’s just whichever one of us is free to say hello. The coffee we make in the back isn't anything special, but it gets us through the afternoon. It is just an honest little office where we do our best to be helpful to the local community in Thammanam.
