Hot N Spicy Restaurant

We are over on Kaloor Road in the Kadavanthara area of Ernakulam. You will find us right across from the Swapneel Apartment building. It is a pretty residential neighborhood but there are also a lot of offices nearby, so we get a diverse group of people coming in. The restaurant is a basic setup where we focus on local flavors with a bit of heat. Kadavanthara is a busy part of Kochi, and Kaloor Road always has cars and bikes zooming past. We have a regular routine here where we start early in the morning to get everything ready for the lunch crowd. Our space isn't huge, so it can get a bit cramped when everyone shows up at the same time at 1 PM. We don't spend money on advertising; most people find us just by walking past or because they live in the apartments nearby. The kitchen is the heart of the place, and it is usually pretty loud with the sound of pans and people talking. We keep things honest and don't try to be something we are not. It is just a local eatery where you can get a decent meal for a fair price. We have been here long enough that the regulars don't even need to look at the menu anymore. They just tell us what they want and find a seat for themselves.
