Hot N Cool Mini Restaurant

We opened up here in the Alliance Building on Shanmugam Road quite a while ago. If you know Marine Drive in Ernakulam, you probably know where we are, right across from the SBI Bank. It is a small place, hence the name mini restaurant. We mostly just focus on getting food out to people who are working in the offices nearby or just walking along the water. The weather in Kochi gets really sticky, so having a spot where you can grab something hot or a cold drink makes sense for everyone around here. It is usually pretty busy around lunchtime because of all the banks and offices in this part of town. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that, just tables and chairs and a kitchen that stays busy from morning until evening. Most people come in for a quick bite before heading back to work. Sometimes the traffic on Shanmugam Road is a total mess, but folks still find their way to us. We just keep things simple. The menu hasn't changed much because people seem to like what we have. It is just a regular local spot where you can sit down for a bit without any fuss. We see a lot of the same faces every single day. Being right on Marine Drive means there is always something going on outside our door. We just try to keep the fans running and the food ready for whoever walks in next.
