Hari Krishna Restaurant

You can find us in the K K Tower on Civil Line Road in Palarivattom. We are right opposite the BSNL office, which is a big landmark in this part of Ernakulam. Being in Palarivattom means it is always busy outside with people going to work or running errands. Hari Krishna Restaurant is just a place where people sit down and eat without any fuss. It isn't a fancy place with white tablecloths. It is just a local spot. The 682025 area is pretty active, so we see a lot of people coming in from the nearby offices during their lunch breaks. You can hear the buses and cars on Civil Line Road all day long. Sometimes we stand by the door and just watch the traffic. It’s a bit chaotic but we are used to it by now. We focus on getting the food out and making sure people have a place to sit. There is no big corporate philosophy here. We just open the shutters in the morning and start cooking. If the BSNL office across the street is busy, we are usually busy too. That’s just the rhythm of the neighborhood. We are just a small part of the tower here, doing our best to keep everyone fed and happy before they go back to their busy lives in Ernakulam. It’s a lot of work every day but we don’t mind it much. We just keep the kitchen going and the tables clean for the next person who walks in. It stays quite hot in the kitchen but the fans keep things moving.
