Green Salad Restaurant

You’ll find Green Salad Restaurant at Kaloor Junction in Ernakulam. We are inside the Star Hotel Building, which is right across from the Indian Oil Pump. Kaloor is one of those places where the traffic never seems to stop for even a minute. If you’re waiting for a bus or just passing through, you’ve probably seen our sign. We focus on a simple menu because that’s what we know how to do best for the locals. The building is a bit older, which gives the place some character, I think. Most of our customers are locals who work in the offices nearby or people catching a ride at the junction. It’s always humid in Kochi, so we try to make the place feel a bit more comfortable for anyone coming in from the hot sun. I’ve been working here for a long time, and I’ve seen the junction change quite a bit over the years. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us to say. It’s just us telling you where we are and what we do. We spend most of our time prepping in the kitchen or cleaning up after the lunch rush is over. It gets pretty loud with the horns honking outside, but once you’re inside, it’s a bit calmer for a while. If you need a break from the Kaloor traffic, we are right there in the 682017 area, just look for the pump and look across.
