Fusion Bay Restaurant

You can find us at Fusion Bay Restaurant on K B Jacob Road. We are quite close to the Santa Cruz Basilica Church, which is a big landmark around here in Fort Road. Being in Ernakulam, we get a mix of people walking in. Some are tourists visiting the church, but many are just folks who live nearby. The building is old like many others in this part of 682001, but we try to keep it tidy. It’s a family-run place, so you might see my cousins or siblings helping out with the serving. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations, just the basics. The street outside can get a bit congested, especially on Sundays because of the church nearby. We just keep the doors open and the kitchen going. It’s a lot of manual work, from cleaning the floors to prepping the ingredients every single morning. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything, just this one spot. Sometimes we run out of certain items if the market was short that day. That's just how it goes. We aren't perfect, but we try to be honest with everyone who walks through the door. It’s just a simple restaurant on Fort Road where you can sit down for a bit and eat. We’ve had the same staff for years, which helps when things get busy. It's just a regular part of life here in this corner of the city.
