Crystal Kitchen

Crystal Kitchen is our place at the Edapally Signal Junction in Ernakulam. We are specifically located near MAJ Hospital and the bye road in Edapally. Being in 682024 means we are right in the middle of all the traffic and noise of the junction. We have been here for a while and we are used to the pace of this area. We just focus on the cooking and making sure the kitchen is clean and ready. We don't have a corporate office or a public relations team. It is just a few of us in the back and at the front. We spend our time prepping ingredients and getting orders out to the people who stop by. A lot of our customers are just folks heading to the hospital or commuters passing the signal. We don't use any special language to sell what we do. We just stay open and work hard every day. The bye road can get pretty crowded, but we like being in the center of things. It is a basic setup and we like it that way. We are not trying to be a fancy restaurant chain. We are just a local kitchen that has been part of the Edapally landscape for some time now. We show up, we do the work, and we go home like everyone else in this neighborhood.
