Coconut Country Holiday

We are over in Palarivattom at the Mony Plus Centre. It’s a busy area of Kochi, and our office is right across from the SBI branch. If you know that bank, you’ll find us easily. We mostly spend our days talking to people about their holiday plans. It’s not a big corporate setup. It’s just a small office with some desks and a couple of chairs for visitors. People come in to ask about train tickets or how to get to certain places in Kerala. We have some brochures on the wall, but we mostly just talk through the options. The traffic in Palarivattom can be pretty noisy, especially in the mornings, so the office is a bit of a quiet spot. We don't have a lot of fancy technology. We use the computers to check prices and availability. Sometimes the internet is slow, so we just wait it out. It’s a local business. We’ve lived in Kochi for a long time, so we know the roads. We don't make big promises. We just try to get the bookings done right so people don't have trouble later. If you’re around the Mony Plus Centre, you can just drop in. We don't really do formal appointments. We sit here, have some tea, and work on itineraries. It’s a simple way to spend the day. Most of our regulars are families from the neighborhood who want to go on a trip. It’s just a plain travel desk for regular folks. No big corporate vibes.
