China Mirch Kaloor Kochi

You can find us in the Puthussery Building right on Kaloor Main Road. We have been here in Kochi for a bit, right across from Muthoot Finance and the SBI branch. Being in Kaloor means there is always traffic and people moving around, especially near the banks. We opened China Mirch Kaloor Kochi because we wanted a spot that was easy for locals to reach. The kitchen keeps us pretty busy from morning until we shut down at night. It is not a big corporate setup, just a kitchen and some space for people to eat. Sometimes the floor gets a bit scuffed from all the foot traffic, but we try to keep up with it. Ernakulam has plenty of places to eat, but we just focus on what we do here. Most of our regulars are people working in the nearby offices who just want a quick lunch. The 682017 area stays active throughout the day. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us making sure the food is ready when people walk in. The building is easy to spot if you are heading down the main road. We keep things straightforward. If the lights are on, we are cooking. We don't use fancy words to describe the food, we just put it on the plate. It is a simple operation and that is how we like it.
