Chillys Restaurant

Our restaurant is located in the Panorama Arcade over on St. George Church Road in Edapally. It's a well-known area in Ernakulam, mostly because we are so close to St. George Church itself. Having the business here means we see a lot of people who are coming to visit the church or just going about their business in Edapally. The building we are in, Panorama Arcade, has been around for a bit, and we’ve become a part of the local landscape. Every morning starts with the same routine of getting the kitchen fired up and making sure everything is where it should be. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and dealing with the humidity that Ernakulam is known for. We don't use any fancy management techniques; we just talk to each other and get the jobs done. Sometimes the road gets blocked up with traffic, especially on Sundays or during church events, but we just take it as it comes. We try to keep the place looking presentable and the atmosphere relaxed. Most of our staff have been with us for a while, so we know how to work together. It’s a simple setup where the focus is on the daily grind. We like the bustle of Edapally and wouldn't really want to be anywhere else. It’s just a normal restaurant trying to serve the local community and visitors without any extra drama or polish. We spend most of our time just keeping the kitchen running.
