Chariot Restaurant

We are located inside Hotel Midland on Convent Road, which is a pretty busy part of Ernakulam. Most people know us because we are so close to Shenoy Theatre. Usually, when a movie lets out, the place gets quite full with people looking for a bite. It is not a very fancy setup, just a regular dining room with some tables and chairs that have been here for a while. My staff and I start early in the morning to get things ready before the lunch rush kicks in. The kitchen can get a bit loud and hot, but that is just how it goes in this business. We do not have any big slogans or anything like that. We just focus on putting food on the plates. Sometimes the traffic on Convent Road makes it hard to park, but our regulars seem to find a way. The building is older, and you can see that in the walls and the floor, but we keep it as tidy as we can. We see a lot of the same faces every week, mostly folks working in the nearby offices or students from Ernakulam College. It is just a straightforward place to sit down and eat without any fuss. We have been part of this neighborhood for some time now, and we just keep doing what we do every day. There is nothing complicated about how we run things here.
