Chandrus Restaurant

Our restaurant is located on Convent Road, right by Ernakulam College. Because we are so close to the college, we see a lot of students walking back and forth all day long. It is a busy part of Ernakulam, especially when classes let out. The street is usually lined with scooters and people looking for a quick bite to eat. We have been at this spot for a while now, and the routine is pretty much the same every day. We open up, get the tables wiped down, and start the kitchen. It is not a very large place, so it can get quite crowded during the lunch hour. You can hear the noise from the kitchen and the chatter from the tables mixing together. We don't have fancy menus or expensive decorations. It is just a regular place where people come to sit for a bit before heading back to their studies or work. The staff knows most of the regular students by sight. It is a simple life running a small eatery on a college street. We just focus on getting the food out and keeping the place clean.
