Burger Spot

We’re located on Cochin University Road in Kalamassery, right across from the Cyber Park. It’s a good spot because there are always students and office workers walking around Ernakulam. Burger Spot is just a regular place where we make burgers. We don't have any big posters or fancy lights. Mostly, it’s just the sound of the grill and people talking. Since we are near the university, we see a lot of the same faces every week. It gets busy during the lunch hour and again in the evening when people finish work at the cyber park. We handle the cooking and the cleaning ourselves. It’s a bit of a small space, so things can feel a bit tight when ten people show up at once. Sometimes the rain in Kerala makes things a bit messy near the entrance, but we try to mop it up when we can. We’ve been here for a while now and we know the street pretty well. We aren't looking to grow into a massive company. We just like having our little spot here in Kalamassery. It’s hard work, especially on the hot days, but it's what we do. We buy our supplies locally and just get on with the day. If you see us across from the park, that’s where we spend all our time. We keep the grill going until the last order is done.
