Blue Bay Cafe

You can find us over by Padma Junction, right on M G Road. It’s a busy spot in Kochi, so there is always someone walking by or looking for a quick chair to sit in for a bit. We opened up Blue Bay Cafe because we liked the area. It’s not a huge place, but it gets the job done. Most days, we are just brewing coffee and wiping down tables. People come in from the main road to get away from the noise for a second. We see all sorts, from students to people finishing up their shopping. The address is No.40/6804-A, which sounds complicated but we are easy to spot once you are near the junction. Sometimes the morning rush is a bit much, and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the fridge humming. We don't have a big fancy menu, just the usual things you'd expect. We try to keep the place tidy, though the floors get dusty pretty quick with everyone coming in from the street. It’s just us running things day by day. We don’t do anything too special, just serve what people ask for and keep the doors open till we close up at night. It’s been a good experience being here so far, even if the rain occasionally leaks through the front awning. We just deal with it as it comes and get back to work.
