Black & White Restaurant

Black & White Restaurant is right on Kaloor Kadavanthra Road in Kaloor, Ernakulam. We have been here for a bit, serving the people who pass through this part of town. It is a busy road, and we get a lot of foot traffic from people working nearby. We did not pick the name for any deep reason; we just liked how it sounded. Inside, it is pretty basic. We have tables, chairs, and a kitchen that stays hot all day long. We spend most of our time prepping vegetables and making sure the fish is fresh. In Ernakulam, people know their food, so we try to keep things consistent. We do not do a lot of fancy plating or anything. It is just food on a plate. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a bit of a mess, but people still find their way in. We have a small team, and we all do a bit of everything, from taking orders to cleaning up at night. It is a straightforward way to make a living. We are not looking to become a huge chain; we are happy just being here in Kaloor. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint soon, but for now, we are focused on the kitchen. It is a local spot where you can just sit down and eat without any fuss. Most of our customers are people who live right around the corner.
