Bijus Tourist Home

Bijus Tourist Home is right here near the Boat Jetty in Ernakulam. Being on MG Road means things stay busy from early morning until late. We have been running this place for a while now. The building is at Canon Shed Junction, which is a spot most locals know well. People come in from the jetty after their boat trips or just passing through the city. It isn't a fancy place with lots of glass and chrome, just rooms for travelers who need a spot to sleep. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, especially during the rush hours, but that is just how life is on MG Road. We spend a lot of time cleaning up and making sure everything is ready for whoever shows up next. There isn't a big team here, just a few of us looking after the front and the rooms. We see a lot of different people, some coming for work and some just seeing the sights. Most of the day is just spent checking people in and out or giving directions to the jetty. It is a practical spot to stay if you want to be near the water. We do not do much advertising, folks usually find us because we are right there in the middle of everything. It is a straightforward setup. We keep the keys at the desk and keep an eye on things. That is pretty much how it goes every day.
