Lincolsna High School

Lincolsna High School is what we call our place here in Siliguri. We are located at Brahmin Niwas. It is right across from Siddhanth Auto Works in Pradhan Nagar. You can usually hear the sound of tools from the auto shop during the day. It is a lively area in the Darjeeling district. We have been here for a good amount of time. The building is an old one but it has character. We have some classrooms and a small area where kids can run around. It is not a massive campus like those schools you see in movies. We just do our best with what we have. 734003 is our postal code. The air is nice here when it is not too dusty from the traffic. We have a few trees in the back that provide some shade. Sometimes the power goes off and we just have to sit and wait. The kids don't seem to mind much. We don't have a big budget for fancy things. We just keep the walls painted and the floors swept. Most of the parents live nearby and we know them all. It is a tight community in Pradhan Nagar. We just focus on getting through the lessons every day. It is a lot of work but it feels right. We aren't trying to be the biggest school around. We just want to be here for the neighborhood people and their families.
