Lime Light High School

Lime Light High School is situated in Gossainpur, right by Charak Maath in the Bagdogra area of Siliguri. It’s a bit further out from the main city center of Siliguri, which gives our school a slightly different, quieter feel. The 734014 area is where we operate, serving the families in and around Bagdogra. It’s a high school, so we deal with teenagers who are working through their middle years and their final years of schooling. The location at Charak Maath is easy enough to find if you know the local landmarks in Gossainpur. We have a functional building that houses all our classrooms and a small office area. It’s not a place with a lot of bells and whistles or modern art, just a straightforward school environment for the students. We spend our days following the standard curriculum and making sure the students are where they need to be for their lessons. The staff here are mostly locals who understand the Bagdogra area really well. It’s a simple operation where the focus is on the daily lessons and getting through the school year. Being in this part of Siliguri means we have a specific community we serve, and we’ve been doing it for a while now. We don't try to impress anyone with fancy brochures or big promises; we just let the daily work speak for itself. It’s a busy place when the classes are in session, and then it quietens down in the evenings after everyone has gone home.
