The office is a bit old-fashioned, which actually suits the kind of work we do. We focus on integrating traditional architectural principles with the modern needs of our clients. It’s not about being trendy; it’s about what has worked for centuries. Our desks are always covered in sketches and reference books about ancient building methods. Gandhi Nagar is a nice part of Adyar, and we like the pace of life here. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporate entity. We're just a handful of people who care about how buildings are put together. Sometimes we spend hours just talking about the placement of a door or the way light enters a room. We don't have any marketing people or sales teams. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby and have seen what we do. The office can get a little cramped when we have all the drawings spread out, but we make it work. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time over our drawing boards. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living. We don't make big promises, we just provide the plans that people ask for. It’s been our home on 3Rd Main Road for a long time.
