Arvind Varuna Associates

We are located on the 4th Floor of building number 17/35 on II Main Road in Gandhi Nagar, Adyar. It’s a good spot to be, right in the heart of Adyar. Arvind Varuna Associates isn't a massive firm. We are a smaller team that works out of this office. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is always busy with people heading to shops or the bank. Our daily routine is pretty standard. We come in, get the tea going, and start looking through our files. Most of our work involves meeting with people who need advice on their projects or properties. It’s a professional space but it’s not stiff. We talk to each other and our visitors in plain English, no corporate jargon. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we get some exercise on the stairs. Gandhi Nagar is a nice area to walk around during lunch. We’ve been here long enough to know where the best snacks are. We don't spend money on big ads. Most people find us because they’ve heard about our work from someone else. It’s a steady place with a lot of history. We just keep doing what we’ve always done, one day at a time.
