Our office is at No 47 A A Block, 2Nd Street in Anna Nagar. If you know where the Nalli Showroom is, we are right behind it. Being in Chennai, specifically this part of Anna Nagar, means we’re right in the middle of a very busy area. Amar Architects & Designs Pvt Ltd has been around for some time now. We spend our days mostly looking at site plans and talking to contractors. It’s a lot of coordination, really. The office isn't anything too flashy, just a place for us to meet and draw. We have a few desks, some old files stacked up, and a lot of coffee cups lying around. It gets hot in Chennai, so the AC is usually running full blast while we work. We handle all sorts of design requests. Some days are slow and we just tidy up our digital files, and other days the phone won't stop ringing. We try to be practical with our designs because we know how construction actually works on the ground. It’s not just about pretty pictures; it’s about making sure the walls stand up and the plumbing makes sense. We’ve lived in this city a long time, so we understand the local rules and the way things get built here. Just a group of people doing our jobs and trying to keep the projects moving forward. We aren't big on fancy presentations, we just want to get the details right for the people who hire us.
