T. Karthik Associates

We are located over in K.K. Nagar, at 11/534 on 20th Street. It is in the 4th Sector, which is a fairly busy part of the neighborhood. T. Karthik Associates has been around for a while now, helping folks with their property needs. Our office is a simple setup where we keep our documents and meet with clients. Most of our day involves people coming in to talk about buying or selling houses in the area. We know these streets well since we’ve spent so much time walking them. Chennai can get really hot, so we usually have the fan going full blast while we go over the details of a lease or a sale. We don't use any high-pressure sales tactics. If a place doesn't suit someone, we just look for something else. It’s about finding the right fit for the families who live around here. We handle the local paperwork and make sure everything is legal and clear for both sides. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when a whole family comes in to discuss a property, but we manage. We aren't a big corporate chain. We are just a local office that knows K.K. Nagar inside and out. We enjoy being part of this community and seeing new people move into the sector. It’s just regular work for us, helping people get settled in their new homes.
