Our office is situated at Ah 157 on 7th Main Road, right at the corner of 3rd Street in Anna Nagar. If you know Chennai, you know Anna Nagar is a well-planned area with a lot of shops and houses. Our spot is easy to get to, and we’ve been here for a while now. The office isn't about making a big impression; it’s just a place where we can get our work done. We have several desks crowded with monitors, and there are stacks of magazines and technical manuals everywhere you look. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, especially when we are in the middle of a big project and have materials spread out all over the floor. We don’t have a corporate vibe at all. Usually, someone is playing some quiet music in the background, and there’s always a discussion going on about some detail of a building. The windows look out onto the street, and we see the neighborhood change throughout the day. We spend a lot of time drafting and then even more time on the phone making sure everything is on track. It’s a lot of sitting and thinking, followed by a lot of running around to different sites. We don't have any formal mission statements on the walls, just the work that needs to be finished. It’s a practical environment where we focus on the drawings and the numbers, making sure everything is done right.
