We have been at No. 11 3Rd Main Road for a long time now. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. People mostly come to us when they need help with paperwork or legal things, and we try to get it done without too much fuss. It isn't a fancy office with big glass windows or anything. Just a few desks and some files everywhere. Sometimes the phone rings all day, other times it is quiet and we just catch up on reading through documents. My cousin started this years ago and I took over later. We know most of the people on this street by name. It’s nice being part of the neighborhood. We usually open up early in the morning before the traffic gets too bad on the main road. If you walk past, you might see us through the door just working away. There isn't much to say about why we do it, it's just what we do to keep things moving. We handle the stuff people find boring or complicated. It takes time, but that’s how it goes. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know the ropes. Most days are pretty standard, dealing with whatever comes across the desk. We keep it simple and stay focused on the tasks we have for that day. It is a steady way to spend the week.
