We are located on the first floor of Abul Regency, which is No 6 F-1 on South Mada Street. It is right in Sri Nagar Colony over in the Saidapet area. Swbi Architects Pvt Ltd has been operating from this office for a good bit of time now. The area is quite active, especially with being so near to the temple and all the local shops around here. Our office is just a normal, everyday place where we sit and work on various building designs. Sometimes it is very quiet and we can get a lot done, while other times it is completely chaotic with people coming in and out. We just take it day by day and try not to get too stressed when deadlines approach. We have a few drafting tables and some older computers that still work just fine for what we need. There is always someone in the small kitchen area making snacks or brewing another pot of coffee. We don't really go for the high-end corporate look. We prefer to keep things grounded and practical. People in the colony know us and often stop by to say hello or ask for a quick bit of advice on a wall they want to move. It’s a nice way to be part of the neighborhood while we do our work. We just focus on getting things done correctly.
