Phoenix Architect

Phoenix Architect is tucked away at No:27 Jamal Sowkar Street in Old Washermenpet. It is an old part of Chennai-600021, and we have been here long enough to know all the shortcuts. The office is small but it works for us. We do not have a big reception desk or anyone in a suit waiting at the door. It is just us in the back with our drafting tables and computers. The noise from the street is always there, but we have gotten used to it. We take on all sorts of local projects, from small renovations to bigger builds. We do not use any fancy marketing tricks to get clients. Usually, it is just someone’s uncle or a friend who told them to come talk to us. We try to be helpful and give practical advice. If something will not work, we will just say so. Building things is complicated enough without adding a bunch of fluff. We mostly focus on the technical drawings and making sure the contractor knows what to do. It is honest work and we enjoy seeing a project actually get finished. Some days are slow and some are frantic, but that is just how it goes in Chennai. We are just here doing our thing, one drawing at a time, making sure everything is square and solid for the people who live there.
