Kanarchiplan

Kanarchiplan is based out of Flat T-3 in the Pace Enclave. The plot is Ak 53/1 on 7th Main Road in Anna Nagar. It’s a decent area, quite different from the busier parts of Chennai. We are close to Anna Adarsh College, so there are always students around and a bit of a younger vibe on the streets. The 600040 zip code is one of those places that feels a bit more organized than others. Pace Enclave is a residential-cum-commercial type of building, and our flat is on the third floor. We’ve been here for a bit, and it’s a quiet place to sit and focus on our planning work. The 7th Main Road has some trees, which is nice when the sun is out. It’s not as loud as the main arterial roads, but you still hear the occasional horn or the sound of the college crowd. Finding the plot Ak 53/1 isn't too hard if you follow the road signs. We don't really do much in terms of decorating the outside. It’s just a plain door with the name Kanarchiplan on it. We find that being near the college makes it easy for people to give directions. It’s just a regular office where we handle our daily paperwork and meetings without much fuss. It feels like a local neighborhood spot where things just get done quietly and steadily throughout the week.
