Varsha Book Centre

Our place is on 50feet Road in Banashankari, right across from where the Axis Bank ATM is. It’s a busy spot, especially in the evenings when everyone is out doing their errands. The shop isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular storefront with a lot of books piled up. We spend a lot of time organizing the notebooks and pens. Most of our regulars are students from the nearby schools or people living in the apartments around here. Sometimes the traffic on 13th Main gets so loud we have to speak up to be heard. We’ve got a small counter where we sit, and usually, there’s some tea sitting there from the shop next door. It’s mostly just a routine of helping people find what they need for their classes or their offices. We don't really do much advertising; people just see the sign when they go to use the ATM or walk to the bus stop. The shelves go all the way to the ceiling, so we use a small ladder quite a bit. It’s a bit dusty because of the road work that always seems to be happening nearby, but we try to keep things tidy. We aren't a big chain or anything, just a local shop where you can get your stuff and go about your day. That’s how it’s been for years at Varsha Book Centre.
