Tha Book World

We are located at Tha Book World, inside the Kempegowda Commercial Arcade at A 10. This is in Gokula 1st Stage, specifically on the 13th Main Road near the 11th Cross of Kempa Gowda Road. The arcade is a busy place with a lot of different shops around us. We’ve been in this particular unit for a while now. It’s a decent enough space for what we do, though we are always wishing for more room. Finding us can be a bit tricky if you aren't familiar with the layout of the 13th Main Road, but once you see the arcade building, it’s easier to find A 10. We spend most of our time sorting through new stock and helping people find whatever it is they are looking for. The 11th Cross can get a bit jammed with bikes and scooters sometimes in the evenings. We don't have any fancy displays or expensive lighting in here. It’s just rows of shelves and lots of books. We try to keep everything organized, but with so many different titles, it is a constant battle every day. The Gokula area is a good spot to be in. We get a mix of students and older folks from the local neighborhood coming in. It’s a lot of work running the shop every day. We usually open up early and stay until the evening. There is always a lot of noise coming from the street, but you get used to it after a while. We are just here doing our thing in the arcade.
