Syd Dor Publications

Our office for Syd Dor Publications is located at 6/A, near the Maharaja Hotel. We are part of the Malad Co Operative Housing Society on Peddar Road in Koramangala. It’s a busy area and the street can get quite crowded during the middle of the day. The office itself is pretty functional. We have desks covered in manuscripts, proofs, and coffee mugs. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a magazine cover, it’s more of a real workspace. There are filing cabinets lined up against the walls and stacks of books waiting to be shipped out. We spend most of our time on the phone or working on the computer. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when we have a deadline, and everyone is moving around trying to get things finished. The building is older, so it has some character, like windows that rattle a bit when the wind picks up. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably just see one of us at a desk surrounded by papers. It’s a straightforward environment where we focus on getting the work done. Koramangala is a good spot for us because everything is close by. We’ve been here for a good amount of time and the daily routine feels very familiar now. We just handle the publishing side of things and keep the business moving forward every day.
