Sri Surya Book

If you go down to Chickpet, you will find us at 182/K on Pimpri Station Road. Sri Surya Book is our small shop in that very busy part of the city. Chickpet is known for being crowded and loud, and Pimpri Station Road is no different. There are people everywhere and plenty of noise from the station nearby. We have been working out of this small space for years. It is packed from floor to ceiling with books. You really have to know where to look to find anything specific, but we have a handle on it. The shop is a bit old and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that. We spend our time serving the people who fight through the crowds to get to our door. It is a lot of work to keep things moving in such a small area, but we manage. We handle all the heavy lifting ourselves, moving boxes in and out from the station. It is a gritty, hardworking part of town, and we fit right in. We don't have fancy lights or a big storefront. We just have our books and our spot on the road. It is just the way things are in Chickpet, and we are used to the pace of it by now.
