Sri Nanjundeswara Book Stall

We are located at 179 on the 4th D Main in the Further Extension of Mahalakshmi Layout. Sri Nanjundeswara Book Stall is a local place for the people living nearby. It’s not on a major highway, so it stays a bit quieter than shops in the city center. We’ve been here for several years now. The shop is basically a small room packed with as many books as we can fit. We have stuff for kids, school books, and some general reading too. It’s not very organized in a way a big store would be. We just group things together as they come in. If you can’t find something, you just have to ask and we’ll point you to the right corner. The building is simple and we don’t spend much on decorating. We’d rather just have more books. Most of our day is spent helping neighbors find what they need for their children’s school projects. We also carry some basic stationery because people always seem to run out of pens. It’s a family business, so you’ll usually see one of us sitting behind the small wooden desk near the door. We don't have any big goals other than staying open and serving the layout. The afternoon sun hits the front of the shop quite hard, so we usually lower the shutters halfway to stay cool. It’s a quiet, steady life here.
