Sri Dhanalakshmi Book Stall

Our stall is at 33 Next LIC Building 6th Cross Gokul 1st Stage 11th Main Road Mathikere. Sri Dhanalakshmi Book Stall is a small place but we keep a lot of items tucked away in the corners. Being right next to the LIC building helps people find us easily when they are walking through Mathikere. We have been sitting at this spot for quite some time now. The street gets busy during office hours but things quiet down in the afternoons. We usually spend that time restacking the shelves or checking what needs to be ordered next. It is not a very big space so we have to use every inch of the walls for books and stationery. Sometimes the piles get a bit high and we have to be careful when moving things around. We are just regular people working here and we know most of the regulars who stop by on their way home. There isn't any fancy marketing here, just us and the books we sell. The 11th Main Road is a good place to be located. We open up early most days and stay until the sun goes down. It gets a little cramped when more than three people are inside at once but we make it work. Most of the time it is just quiet work and talking to neighbors. We like being part of the Gokul 1st Stage community and serving the local area.
