Our office is on the first floor over in Koramangala, near Fab Mall. It is tucked away in Wing A. We spend our days dealing with manuscripts, printing, and getting books ready for the market. It is mostly just desks and stacks of paper everywhere you look. We are not a big corporate house, just a small team working on getting stories and information out there. Sometimes the printer breaks down and we have to scramble to get it fixed, which is always a headache. We have been in this part of town for a while now. Koramangala is always busy, so there is always noise from the street coming through the windows. We do not have a fancy lobby or anything like that. If you come by, you will probably see us drinking tea while we proofread something. We do a lot of the work ourselves. It is a lot of sitting and reading, then more reading. We try to keep things moving so the authors are not waiting too long for their work to be finished. It is not always easy, but we manage. Most of the people we work with are local writers. We just like books and the process of making them. The space is a bit small for all the boxes we have, but it works for us. We have got our own way of doing things here that might seem a bit disorganized to an outsider, but we know where everything is.
