Kalpavruksha Book Centre

Our shop is Kalpavruksha Book Centre and we are at 49 Dinnur Main Road Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar. This area is usually called R T Nagar by most people around here. We have a nice spot on Dinnur Main Road and we see a lot of foot traffic throughout the day. The shop is filled with all kinds of books and stationery items. We don't have a lot of extra space so things are piled pretty high on the shelves. It is just a few of us working here and we have been doing this for many years. We know most of the people in the neighborhood because they stop by for school supplies or just to see what's new. We don't have any fancy corporate ideas about how to run a business. We just open the doors in the morning and wait to see who comes in. It is a simple way of doing things. Sometimes we sit outside on the stool when it's quiet and watch the cars go by on the main road. The work is steady and it keeps us busy enough. We don't bother with big sales or loud advertisements. We just focus on being here when people need a book or a notebook. It is a comfortable place for us and we like the community in R T Nagar. Most of our day is spent talking to customers and keeping the books in order on the shelves.
