Gangarams Gallery

Gangarams Gallery is right there on MG Road, specifically on the first floor at number 72. You can't miss us if you are looking across from the metro station. It gets pretty busy around here with the trains coming and going, but once you climb the stairs and get inside, it feels a lot different. We spend most of our mornings just moving things around and making sure there is enough space for people to walk through. The light comes in through the windows in a certain way in the afternoon. People often stop by because they were already at the station and saw the sign. It is a bit of a climb up to the first floor, but it is worth it if you like poking around. We have been at this spot for some time now. Some days are quieter than others. On rainy days, the view of the street below is actually quite nice. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or anything like that. It is just a regular place where we keep our things. Most of the time, we are just busy checking the stock or helping someone find a specific corner of the shop. If you find yourself near Mahathma Gandhi Road, you'll see where we are. It’s a simple setup. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes boxes pile up near the back. That is just how it goes when you have been in one place for a while. We aren't doing anything fancy here, just running our shop daily and watching the city move.
