Bhagya Book Store

Bhagya Book Store sits at number 53, right opposite Sifia College on the 12th Khetwadi Lane. We are also near the CP Tank area in Yelahanka. Being across from the college means we stay very busy with students coming in and out all day. They are usually looking for textbooks, stationery, or getting copies made. The lane can get quite crowded with scooters and delivery vans, making it a lively place to work. Inside, it is a bit of a mess sometimes, with boxes of pens and piles of paper waiting to be sorted. I have been running this place with a couple of helpers, and we are always on our feet. The walls are lined with high shelves, and we use a long stick to reach things that are too high up. We don't have a lot of space for people to lounge around, so it is mostly a place where you get what you need and go. The noise from the college students and the traffic outside is constant, but you get used to it after a week or two. We try to keep prices fair because we know the students don't have much money to spare. It is a hard-working little shop in a busy part of Yelahanka. We don't use any fancy computers to track our books; we just know where things are from memory and long habit. It works well enough for us.
