Joyrambati Farmer Producer Company Limited

We are based in the village of Sihar in Bankura. Our office is at Gunomay Mukherjee’s place, which is where we handle the business side of things. Joyrambati is a well-known name around these parts, and we take our farming seriously here. We are a producer company, which means a bunch of local farmers joined together. It is much better than trying to do everything alone. Bankura can be quite dry sometimes, so we have to be careful with how we manage our water and crops. We mostly deal with the usual stuff that grows in this soil. It is not a glamorous life, but it is what we have been doing for generations. We meet up in Sihar to talk about seeds, fertilizers, and where we are going to sell our produce. It is very informal. You might find us sitting around a table with some tea, looking at papers or just talking about the weather. We are not trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want to make sure the farmers in our group get a decent return for their hard work. The village life suits us, and we keep our operations rooted right here. If you are looking for us, just head toward Sihar and ask for the Mukherjee house. We are usually around somewhere, either in the office or out checking on the fields. It is a long day’s work but we are used to it.
