Vee Tees Restaurant

We are located in the Metro Inn Building in Palayam. It’s easy to find if you know where the Catholic Church is, we're right behind it. Thiruvananthapuram is a busy city and Palayam is right in the middle of it all. We started this place because we wanted to have a spot where people could get a decent meal without spending too much. The building number is 14/1403. It's not a huge space, but we have enough room for families and people working nearby. We don't do anything fancy here. The tables are simple and we use standard plates. Sometimes the lunch hour gets a bit chaotic, but we manage. The staff has been with us for a long time, so they know the regulars by name. We don't have a big marketing budget or a social media manager. We just open the doors every morning and start cooking. If the food is good, people come back, and that’s worked for us so far. The kitchen is small but we keep it organized. We serve what we know how to make well. Nothing too experimental. If you're walking around the church area and feel hungry, you can find us easily. We stay open until late evening. It's just a local restaurant run by local people. We handle everything ourselves, from buying the vegetables in the morning to cleaning up at night. It’s hard work but we like it.
