Arabian Kabab

Arabian Kabab is a small place located at Tc 16/1104 in the Jagathy area of Thiruvananthapuram. We are tucked away in a spot that the locals know well, and we have been serving this neighborhood for some time now. Our day revolves around the grill and making sure the meat is cooked just right over the flames. Jagathy is a nice area, and we like being part of the community here. We don't have any big marketing budgets or fancy advertisements. Most of our customers come because they live nearby or they heard about us from a friend. The kitchen is small and it can get very hot, especially during the summer months in Trivandrum. We are just a group of people who know how to cook and want to do it properly. There is no corporate mission here, just a daily routine of opening the shop, preparing the food, and cleaning up at the end of the night. It is a lot of manual labor and it can be exhausting, but it is what we do. We don't try to be something we are not. If you are looking for a simple, no-nonsense place to get some kababs or other dishes, that is exactly what we are. We are just glad to be able to do our work here in Jagathy every day and keep the fires going for whoever is hungry.
