Biriyanis Restaurant Statue

Biriyanis Restaurant Statue is located right at Jacob Jn, near Statue Jn in Thiruvananthapuram. Being so close to the statue means there is always something going on outside, whether it is a local parade or just the usual city traffic jams. It is a very central spot, so we see a lot of different kinds of people coming through our doors every day. We have been in this particular building for quite some time now. It isn't a modern building, but it has its own sort of character that we like. We try to keep things as simple as possible here. There is the kitchen in the back and a small seating area in the front with a few ceiling fans to keep things cool. Our staff is a small group of people who have worked together for years, so everyone knows exactly what they need to do. We do not have a big handbook or a lot of complicated rules. We just show up and start the work. Sometimes the lunch rush gets so heavy that people end up standing around waiting for a seat to open up. We try to move things along, but we do not want to rush anyone while they are eating. The air in the shop usually smells like spices and steam from the big pots. We do not spend any money on fancy ads. Most people come here because they were walking past or heard about us from a neighbor.
