Al Aman Family Restaurant

Al Aman Family Restaurant is located at Tc 41/2383 3 in Manacaud, Thiruvananthapuram. We are right at the Kalippamkulam Junction which is a pretty busy crossing for the local traffic. Most people around here know us just as a place to bring the family for a meal when they don't feel like cooking at home. We have been in this part of Manacaud for a good bit of time and have seen children grow up and start coming in with their own kids. The restaurant is just a regular building with enough space for a few families to sit comfortably. We spend a lot of our time in the back getting the ingredients ready and making sure the kitchen is tidy. Thiruvananthapuram can be quite humid so we try to keep the place airy for the guests. We don’t really follow any corporate rules or have big mission statements we just want to get the food on the table and make sure people leave with a full stomach. Sometimes the junction gets really clogged with buses and cars but inside we try to keep things a bit more relaxed. It’s a lot of work to keep a restaurant going every day but we have a good routine down now. We just stay focused on the daily tasks and the people who walk through the door.
