Biryani Hut Restaurant

Biryani Hut Restaurant is located at No.tc V/75-4 in the Ambalamukku area of Peroorkada, Thiruvananthapuram. We are quite close to the Panchavdi Bar, so that’s a good reference point if you’re trying to find us. The 695005 area is a nice part of the city to be in. We’ve been running this restaurant here for a while now. It’s not a giant place, just a comfortable size for a local eatery. We spend a lot of time in the back getting the spices ground and the rice cleaned. Thiruvananthapuram has its own tastes, and we try to respect that. The building we are in is practical and serves its purpose. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just us and a few helpers. Sometimes things get a bit hectic during the lunch hour when everyone comes in at once. We do our best to keep up with the pace. The weather here is usually warm, so we keep the windows open for a bit of a breeze. We are just a local business trying to make a living. Most of our customers are people who live in Peroorkada or are passing through Ambalamukku on their way to work. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do. We just cook and serve. It’s a lot of standing on your feet all day, but we are used to it. We keep things simple.
