Bamboos Multicuise restaurant

Our restaurant, Bamboos Multicuise, is located in Ambalamukku, near Kowdiar. We are in Thiruvananthapuram, 695003. We have a mix of different foods on the menu, which is why we call it multicuisine. It is just a local neighborhood restaurant. Most of the people who come here live in the nearby houses or work in the local offices. We have been here for a good while. The place is not very big, but we have enough tables for families. The kitchen stays quite busy, especially in the evenings when people do not want to cook at home. Ambalamukku is a busy junction, so there is always a lot of traffic outside our door. We do not have any fancy decorations or a grand entrance. It is just a simple place to get a meal. We use regular ingredients and make the dishes we know how to do well. The staff are just local people who work hard to get everything ready for the customers. We do not have any corporate goals or mission statements. We just want to serve a good plate of food to whoever walks in. It is a practical business for us and we enjoy seeing the same faces. You can find us right on the main road. We are here every day except for holidays. There is no need for anything fancy when the food is okay.
