Thakkaaram Restaurant

We're located in Naaz Tower on Press Road, right at Pulimood Junction. If you know where Santha Paint House is, you’ve basically found us. Being here in Thiruvananthapuram means things are always moving, especially around this part of Pulimoodu. Thakkaaram Restaurant is just a regular place where we cook every day. We aren't part of some giant chain with a marketing department. It's just us. The building has been here for a long time, and we've settled in over the years. Some days are quieter than others, but lunch usually brings in a crowd from the nearby offices and shops. We try to keep things simple. You won't find anything overly fancy on the walls or the menu. It’s just honest food. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or clearing off the tables when it gets hectic. Sometimes the fans are a bit loud, or the floor needs an extra scrub, but we manage. People stop by because they know where we are and what to expect. We don't do much advertising. Mostly, it's just folks walking by or people who’ve been coming here for years. It's a practical spot to grab a bite. We like being part of the junction scene, even with all the noise from the street. Just a local restaurant doing its thing day in and day out.
