Sweet Peppers Restaurant

We are situated on the ground floor of the Gayatri Building within the Technopark Campus in Kazhakootum. Being in Thiruvananthapuram, specifically in a tech hub, means our days are timed by the office clocks. We see a lot of people in formal clothes and carrying laptop bags. The ground floor location is convenient because people don’t have to wait for the lifts when they are on their lunch breaks. We start things up early before the morning rush of employees arrives at the campus. The building itself is quite modern, but we try to keep our corner feeling like a normal, local spot. We deal with the usual kitchen stuff, like making sure the fridge is running right and that the prep tables are clean. Sometimes the AC struggles when the hall gets full of people, but we do our best to keep it cool. The staff here mostly speaks Malayalam, though we handle all kinds of people from different states who work in the IT companies nearby. It’s a busy atmosphere, especially around noon when everyone is hungry at the same time. When the rains come to Kerala, the view outside the windows gets really green, which is nice. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in the city; we just want to provide a place where folks can get their food and go back to their work.
