Swathi

Swathi is located inside the Mascot Hotel at Mascot Square. We are right by PMG Junction, which most people around here know. It’s near the Thiruvananthapuram Museum in the 695033 area. We have been part of this location for a while. It’s just a spot where people come to eat or hang out while they are at the hotel or visiting the museum. The area is usually full of people walking around the junction. We see tourists and locals alike. There isn't anything too complicated about what we do. We serve food and drinks to whoever walks in. The space is what you would expect for a place near a museum. It gets a bit busy during the lunch hours when folks are out and about. We have tables and chairs and the usual kitchen setup. It’s just us doing our work every day. Being at Mascot Square makes it easy for people to find us if they are already in the center of town. We don't have any big advertisements. People just know we are here. Sometimes it's a bit loud with the traffic from PMG Junction, but that's part of the location. We just keep things moving and make sure there is food ready. Swathi is just a small part of this bigger building, really. We are just here every day. We don't use fancy napkins or have a big dress code. People just come as they are. That is how we like it.
